Help identify a VHS era Ron Jeremy porno

I've been trying to hunt down an old movie where Ron Jeremy is playing a doctor. Here's what I remember.
This would be fat era Ron Jeremy, the movie I watched was on VHS in the mid 90's.
The scene with him was on a bed in what looked like a cheap hotel set. He's naked except for a white lab coat with a stethoscope, sitting in the bed by himself. He takes a couple quick strokes then puts the stethoscope up to his own heart and says something like "three strokes, increases heart rate by 2 beats per minute" or some shit like that. I think he notes something down on a clip board and says something like "Dr. Krati paving the way for science." Eventually women join in, I think 2, for the sex scene. The Dr. Krati bit became a running joke with my buddies. The sea of Ron Jeremy movies is vast. I've had no luck tracking this down.

It's one of the first porno's I ever saw, the hunt to find this piece of nostalgia is deep.
